If you don't know, I have been teaching a computer club at the High School I am working in. Over the last term, we have been working on creating web pages. We don't use any designer software such as Dreamweaver, Front Page, or anything like that. I have them create the code using nothing but a text editor so they can learn how it works. We only work together once a week so it's difficult to get a lot of time needed to create deep web pages. Most of the students don't have a computer at home either, but I think they did quite well.
Toward the end of the term, I told them that if any of their pages were complete and validated using The W3C Validator I would put them up on the web for them.
